In the app in a few taps, or by email if you cannot sign in.
Who this is for
Anyone with a TrackMyPrep account, whether you used the website, the web app or the Android app. TrackMyPrep is run by TrackMyPrep Private Limited.
Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open TrackMyPrep at app.trackmyprep.com or in the Android app, and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
No access to the app? Ask us
Email admin@trackmyprep.com from the Google account you sign in with, with the subject Delete my TrackMyPrep account. If you write from another address, tell us the email address of the account. We may ask you to confirm before we delete it. We delete the account within seven days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, photo, mobile number, age and education level
- Your state and exam categories
- The exams you track and your calendar link
- Your PrepAI conversations
- Your quiz history, scores and streak
- Your WhatsApp notification consent
- The records of when you used the app
What is kept, and for how long
- Database backups that still contain your account expire within thirty days.
- Server logs, such as IP address and time of request, are kept for a short period for security and then deleted.
- Nothing is kept for advertising. We do not sell your data.
Delete some data, not the account
You can stop tracking any exam, start a new PrepAI conversation or clear the current one, and turn WhatsApp notifications off in Profile at any time, without deleting your account.
